90 Minutes Is Typically The Ideal Amount Of Time For A Full Body Massage. This Allows The Body To Become Thoroughly Relaxed So That We Can Sink Deeper Into The Tissue That Needs Attention.
If You Are Seeking Massage Mainly For Stress Relief/Relaxation, 60 Minutes May Be Sufficient. If You Have Any Areas Of Tension That May Need To Be Addressed With Deep Tissue Work, 90 Minutes Or More Is Strongly Recommended.
